New Training Course | Polydioxanone Threading | #Training

We are pleased to announce we are organising a new training course for the use of PDO threads by medical professionals on patients.

PDO thread lifting is an innovative procedure to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin. Threads were first used to correct facial paralysis. With time, studies revealed a mechanical induced skin tension and a stimulation of fibroblasts to natural neocollagenesis. PDO threads have a high safety profile, complete absorption and minimal tissue reaction. The PDO thread generates tensing fibrosis in the surrounding tissue. When inserted correctly in the subcutaneous tissue, the risk for scarring is absent.

The training day will feature an in-depth theoretical presentation by Dr Martyn King and followed by Q&A session with the delegates. The delegates will be then split into two groups, where Dr Martyn King and Dr Hassan Soueid will demonstrate the technique on a model. Delegates are required to bring a model with them, which they will practice a hands-on training session with, in the afternoon session of the event led both by Dr Martyn King and Dr Hassan Soueid.

Upon the completion of the course, the delegates will be able to perform the treatment on their clients in respective clinics and will be awarded 5 CPD points for attending the course. However, we don’t just leave things there.

They will also receive supporting materials distributed physically and digitally when the training is completed to assist with communicating with clients about the treatment and information on how to market the treatment within their clinic.

If you would like to sign up for the course, please email or call 02380 676 733.
